Huangmaohai Cross-sea Passage Project

Huangmaohai Cross-sea passage connects Hegang Expressway in the east and West Coastal Expressway and Xintai Expressway in the west. The total length of the route is 31.111696km. The standard construction of six-lane expressway is adopted, and the design speed is 100km/h. The two navigable pass Bridges are Gaolan Port Bridge with 700m main span and Huangmaohai Bridge with 2×720m three-tower cable-stayed bridge.

The prefabricated section beam has a total length of 4200m, including the eastern approach bridge (K2+264 ~ K3+344) with a length of 1080m and the western approach bridge (K8+560 ~ K11+680) with a length of 3120m. The total number of prefabricated sections is 2270, including 2100 standard sections and 170 pier top blocks. The middle-span cantilever assembly method + side span suspension assembly method is used for erection construction.
